    Wonderstorm Academy is a private K through 12th Grade learning academy serving families in Orange County, California.

    These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective families, enrolled families, parents, guardians, students, staff, vendors, and anyone who interacts with Wonderstorm Academy through our website, forms, phone, email, SMS, in-person communications, events, or school-related programs.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed enrollment agreement, the signed enrollment agreement will generally control for enrollment-specific matters.

    4. Tuition, Fees, and Payments

    Any tuition, fees, deposits, program costs, or payment obligations will be governed by the applicable enrollment agreement, invoice, payment authorization, or written agreement provided by Wonderstorm Academy.

    Payment obligations, refund terms, cancellation policies, late fees, and withdrawal policies may vary based on the program, enrollment status, and written agreement in place.

    Unless otherwise stated in writing, submitting an inquiry or scheduling a call does not create a payment obligation.

    5. Parent, Guardian, and Student Responsibilities

    Wonderstorm Academy expects families, students, parents, and guardians to participate in the school community with honesty, respect, responsibility, and good faith.

    Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, emergency contacts, health-related information, educational background, and any other information reasonably needed to support student safety and school operations.

    Students and families may be required to follow additional school policies, community standards, participation expectations, safety rules, and conduct guidelines.

    Wonderstorm Academy reserves the right to address conduct that interferes with the safety, integrity, learning environment, or mission of the school community.

    6. School Communications

    Wonderstorm Academy may communicate with parents, guardians, prospective families, enrolled families, students where appropriate, staff, and other contacts by phone, email, SMS text message, website forms, scheduling tools, online platforms, or other reasonable methods.

    Communications may include admissions follow-up, enrollment information, reminders, school updates, event notices, safety alerts, schedule changes, administrative notices, educational information, and other school-related messages.

    You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and current.

    7. SMS Messaging Terms

    Wonderstorm Academy operates an SMS messaging program known as 'Wonderstorm Academy SMS Alerts' to communicate with prospective and enrolled families, parents, guardians, and staff who provide a phone number and opt in to receive text messages.

    SMS messages from Wonderstorm Academy may include:

    To opt out at any time, reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages thereafter.

    While Wonderstorm Academy is committed to serving families and students with excellence, we do not guarantee any specific academic result, personal development outcome, admission to another school, career result, test result, scholarship result, or future achievement.

    Student growth depends on many factors, including attendance, participation, family support, individual effort, readiness, maturity, and other circumstances outside Wonderstorm Academy’s control.
